Why can I only find a few Friendly Page groups?

You can turn on/off the Visibility of some property sheets, allowing you to limit access at Drawing level.

Example of Missing Categories/Pages

The Drawing Properties shown below right, have had Categories (and related pages) removed i.e. Wardrobe, Reports, Pricing and My Extensions are not visible and therefore cannot be accessed.

You do this in the Catalog Properties accessed from the LCM, which has extra Categories and Pages which cannot be accessed from the File menu.

These are:-

• Pricing > Passwords page
  • and
• Visibility > Visibilities page

Example

The Visibilities page of the Catalog shows the Categories unticked i.e. Pricing, Report, Wardrobe and My Extensions categories will not be visible at Drawing level (as shown in the example above).

Note: Any changes will only come into effect upon opening a New job/drawing.
