In 2023 SAI introduced a restriction on how many times a year a license can be transferred free of charge. At the time of writing, this is up to 6 times per year, after which a charge will be incurred.
As of the first week of January 2024, SAI has agreed to abolish the annual limit on releasing your EzyNest license from your computer. [This only applies to EzyNest licenses, not EnRoute licenses].
When you want to move your EzyNest/EnRoute cloud license to another computer (or when your license is stuck and needs to be released), you can do so by following the steps provided in the Flexi Help link below.
