A quick guide to all topics related to installation, licensing and activation is included in this topic and it is best to start with these, as a video is also included.
In the unlikely event that you have problems installing the program or viewing/hearing the videos, check if any of these suggestions help.
Install using a CD Issues
Installer Doesn't Start Automatically - Normally when you insert an install CD into your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, the install program starts by itself within a few seconds. If this doesn't happen, open "My Computer" from your desktop and double-click the icon of your CD drive. If still nothing happens, run "launch.exe" from the CD manually.
Can't Start Installer From CD - If you ever need to install the program manually from a CD, browse the CD using My Computer or Windows Explorer and navigate to the Install folder (e.g. "D:\Install"). You should find a program in there called "Setup" which you can double-click to start the installation. You can always run the install program manually by opening the CD drive in My Computer and running the "setup.exe" file by double clicking it.
No Sound in Videos - This may be caused by a simple problem like not having your speakers plugged into the correct audio jack, or not having the volume turned up. Check the volume by clicking the little speaker icon in your system tray (on the lower right hand corner of your screen). To open a dialog with more advanced sound control, double click that icon. Make sure none of the "Mute" checkboxes are filled. If you can't get sound to work in any program, check your sound card is properly installed and set up.
Image Colours Look Incorrect - You may have your video card set to display a low number of colours, resulting in poor image quality. See FAQ : Graphic Card and Performance.
