This software allows drawing information to be exchanged with the Optimisation Link if it is installed.

OptiLink is not an optimiser, it is an interface for sending CabMaster data to a panel optimiser. It supports most formats for sending data to beam saw optimisers.

This product is an optional extra and you will require an Optimisation Link license, as well as CabMasterPro, to run this application.

MaxCut is a 3rd party product for handling panel cutting jobs for panel saws (not CNC machines) and CabMaster+MaxCut can be purchased as a product. This is like an advanced Panel Estimator but is run as a Plug-In.

Please check with our support team that it is possible to interface to your choice of panel optimiser.

Optimisation Link allows you to :-

interface panels from your CabMaster job through to a third party saw optimiser.
filter and interface panels from your CabMasterPro job through to the saw optimiser provided by the beam saw manufacturer, or possibly by a third party.
select which materials to interface and which folder to place your interface files into, thereby providing filtering (for example by Materials) when sending current job data to OptiLink.

There is also a generic format which can be user configured for special optimiser formats.

Designate Saw

The current CM-Cabinets Library also has facilities for separating the flow of work allocating some parts to the beam saw (via OptiLink) and others to the flatbed for NBM (via EzyNest). Required section details will be automatically transferred.

CabMasterPro Design software packages, by default, always output to 'Saw'.

With Machining Premium, however, you will need to change the appropriate parts to 'Saw & Flatbed' on the Mach.General > Const page in the Catalog Properties (discussed in detail in the CM-Cabinets Library User Guide).
