This section provides the Formula Variable Names that allows parametric control of Drawing Tools or placed Items/Objects.

as shown above, will be progressively documented.
Common Variable Names
The following four fields are common to all drawing tool property sheets.
The variable names are...
- Type - used for describing which class of item the object is.
- SubType - is alongside type and is just a qualifier that can be used.
- Code - is the name of the particular object (text field).
- Desc - text is for a more explanatory name for the object.
The variables Type, SubType and Code can be used elsewhere but cannot themselves be formula controlled.
The Desc field can be formulla controlled - only controls which can be accessed with a formula are marked with a reference number in this section, as shown above.
