This green button initiates online support via the internet and takes you directly to a website that you can chat directly with a support technician during support hours.
Our Help Centre includes a Knowledge Base and a Community Forum where you can post and discuss topics with other CabMasterPro Users. You can also access all your current and previous support tickets so you can review previous support discussions.
Customers with a valid Customer Care Agreement are provided with username/password details allowing you to login and download Current Approved Released Versions and as well as many other useful tools such as ToolData for Template Variables (see tutorial on Templates).

To download template variables login and then...
- click Others as shown (this will jump to the correct area)
- click on ToolData for Template Variables, as shown under Utils
- this will download the required folder/files which you can now extract
- click on image to see how to extract files and where to place

Opens the CabMaster Application Pro Users Guide (this documentation) at the introduction page.
The Tip of the Day dialog is displayed automatically when you start the program and gives you handy hints on using CabMasterPro.
The Show Tips at Startup check box allows you to turn on/off this dialog. Use the Next Tip button to cycle through the list of hints, and click OK to close the dialog.
There are also clickable links to help your with more assistance, such as a link to our YouTube video channel or a link to our Knowledge Base documentation etc.Our Support Team regularly creates new videos and have been added within the relevant User Guide documentation (i.e. Library and Application User Guides are published separately).
To find all included videos, simply type in the search bar 'watch and video'.

Use this option to check for any online updates available for you via the AutoUpdater. You can also check a box in the File Options dialog to perform this check for updates each time you start the application if desired.
This initiates an end of day backup. It does this by executing the batch file backup.bat in the same folder as CabMasterPro.
If this option is "greyed out", it indicates that there is no existing backup.bat file. The backup.bat file can be created/modified it to suit your requirements.
